Regional Economic Development Analysis
A comprehensive assessment including an inventory of potential infill and adaptive re-use properties for commercial, residential or public use; a study of the cultural and language, and other barriers that may be impacting (or will impact) the workforce engagement issue (lack of participation in the workforce); a geographic analysis of workforce training centers and employment in relation to current housing; and identification of the economic clusters in the region – existing, emerging and potential.
